Happy Birthday Sis!!!!

First off, let me apologize for being away for a while. I have been traveling on some assignments and I was focused on that for a while. Now I am back and as the weeks pass I will post some photos of the assignments I have been on. Thanks for you support and still being here with me. Now to this weeks post.

As a photographer, I have many different clients every day. None more important than my family. On this special day, September 27, 23 years ago my youngest sister was born. Since then I have seen her go through many changes in her life and I have seen her mature from a baby, to a young girl, and now into a powerful and successful woman. Recently, I had a chance to spend a day with her and take some shots of my sister. I must say, I am truly proud of the woman you have become sis. Some people say that the family you choose (your friends) are many times better than the family you are born into. I am truly a lucky and blessed person because even though you were born into our family, if I had the choice, I would still choose you over anyone else any day of the week. I love you Sis with all my heart and Happy Birthday.

Here are some of the photos from our shoot.

As always, come back next week for an all new post and some more great photos. And remember, "Life is best appreciated through the lens of a camera".

4th of July

Hi. As we all know yesterday was Independence Day. I imagine most of you out there went out to a park or a friends house to spend the holiday night with your friends and family and enjoy a fireworks show. Well, I did the same with my sister, cousin and some friends. We decided to go to Disney's Hollywood Studios to enjoy the 4th of July Celebration. At the park they had a live band playing some good ol' American Rock and they had a fun fireworks display. The ambiance at the park was awesome and watching fireworks to great Rock music was the best. Here are some of the photos of the fireworks. I hope your 4th of July was as fun as mine.

I hope you all come back next week for another all new post and remember: "Life is best appreciated through the lens of a camera"

Grunge Shoot

Good evening. I hope you all had a great weekend. Last Sunday I had a very fun shoot with two female models. It was a grunge themed shoot. What do I mean by grunge you might ask. It is a shoot where the location and editing of the photos are not as clean as glamour, fashion or swimsuit shoots. The the models are not as posed and they are more broken down. The photos have a high contrast to give the photos a more dirty look.
My two models in this shoot were Anya and Megan. I had a lot of fun working with these two beautiful girls. We did shoot three different styles. The wardrobe stylist, Brandi, did a great job in choosing the makeup and wardrobe for this shoot.
Well, here are a few of the shots from this shoots. I hope you really like them.

Come back later on this week as I will add more photos of this shoot so you can see the different wardrobes used for the shoot. Also, come back next Sunday so you can check out a whole new set of photos from another shoot I have tomorrow with two more beautiful girls. I hope you all have a great week and remember, "Life is best appreciated through the lens of a camera". Good night

Happy Father's Day

First, I would like to say Happy Father's Day to all you fathers out there, specially to my Father who. along with my Mother, shaped me into the person I am today. I appreciate all you have done for me more than simple words can express.
Now, to what this blog is about. I had an interesting and fun shoot today. It was a grunge shoot with two beautiful models. To see these photos though you will have to wait until next week as I have yet to really begin editing them as the shoot was just a few hours ago. Now what I do want to share with you are some photos I have taken of my home. Even though I live in Orlando and I have lived in Chicago and New York, there is one place that I will always call my home and where my heart will always be, that is Puerto Rico. There is no place in the world like Puerto Rico. Hope you enjoy a these couple of photos of "El Castillo El Morro" and some of the beaches and beautiful landscapes of my home.

Once again, stop by next weekend so you can see some of the photos of my Grunge shoot today. Remember, "Life is best appreciated through the lens of a camera"

Beach Shoot

Good evening everyone. I hope you all have had a great week and weekend. Well, this passed Friday I had a beach shoot with two beautiful women, Vanessa and Paige. The shoot was done at Sweetwater Beach. It was a nice lake front beach. The day was perfect for the shoot. Unfortunately, there were too many people around for the shoot to go exactly as we wanted. We had to leave out the more risqué part of the shoot for another day as there was too much of an audience to do those shots. During the shoot I did some individual shots of the women and then I did some shots of both of them together. The shoot was a lot of fun and it was really easy to shoot with both girls. I believe the best shoots come as a result of communication and a collaboration of ideas between the models and the photographer. This allows for the models to feel completely comfortable with the photographer and for the photographer to be able to capture the best angles and bring out the full potential of the photo shoot. Here is just a small example of the results of the shoot. I hope you all really enjoy the photos and my work.

Thanks again to all of you for your love and support. I hope you all have a great week. I'll see you all again next Sunday. Good night.

Hello / Harajuku Photo Shoot

Hello friends, hope all of your are doing well. I am a photographer who specializes in weddings and all forms portraiture. I have been doing photography for the passed 10 years as a hobby and i am now begining to do it full time. Besides doing wedding and portraiture, I do enjoy doing other types of photography such as landscape and architecture photography.

With this blog, I plan to weekly show off some of my work and other interestes in photography. You'll get a chance to see some of my wedding photography and portraiture work but I will mostly post some of my work in other areas of photography. I will also post some tips and tricks I have learned over the years to hopefully help you better your photos and editing. I will also share some interesting articles I might come about regarding photography and the new ideas and techniques.

Here on my first post I will show a bit of what came from my latest shoot. It was a Harajuku themed shoot. Harajuku is a fashion trend that started in Japan. It is mainly a fusion of different fashion trends and and make-up including gothic lolita, visual kei, decora and cosplay. For this particular the wardrobe was cosplay with very colorful make-up. Hope you enjoy these photos.

Hope you all have a great week and come back next Sunday to check out my blog.
